THE RANCH

Hinterland Ranch is nestled on 40 mesquite, cedar and oak covered acres about 10 minutes from the small downtown of Lampasas. God having blessed our lives through and through, we are lucky enough to have family for neighbors. Our longhorn cattle are free to graze and roam the combined acreage sharing their space with the whitetail deer, turkey and black bucks that just happen to stop on by.

LONGHORNS AND HONEY BEES

In addition to raising longhorn cattle, we produce our own honey that we collect from the hives on the ranch. The sweet taste of wildflower honey slathered on a fresh from the oven biscuit, is just about all you need before heading out to work underneath the big Texas sky.
